REGISTRATION You MUST register for the symposium before uploading your final paper. Only one paper can be uploaded per registration fee. Presentation of a regular paper requires registration at the Regular Registration rate. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee by April 1, 2015 (Registrants that require a visa should register as early as possible to allow for sufficient time to process the visa application).

Regular registration
The regular registration fee covers Access to all Congress Sessions; Conference Material, Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, and Coffee Breaks.

Student registration
The student registration fee covers Conference Material, Cocktail Reception, and Coffee Breaks. Student registration applies only to student presenters of Extended Abstracts (Short Papers) at the Dissertation Session. Student registration rate is offered for full-time students. Proof of status must be provided by email to secr@incom2015.org Your registration is considered incomplete until your proof of status is received. Acceptable proof of status can be an active student card, recent transcript or a letter from the student's supervisor or Dean.

One Day Registration
Includes admission to the technical sessions, one copy of the electronic proceedings, and coffee/tea breaks on the day of attendance only.

Workshop Only Registration
Includes admission to the workshop and coffee/tea breaks on the day of attendance only.

Guest Registration
Includes banquet ticket and a city of tour of Ottawa.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or bank transfer.
For detailed information concerning bank transfers please contact the Secretariat at secr@incom2015.org Bank charges for wire transfer must be supported by the sender. To insure proper credit to your account, you must specify in the "Transaction Description" area: REGISTRATION FEE for INCOM 2015, the attendee's name and the Paper ID. Please send a proof of payment (copy of wire transfer certified by your bank) via email to the Secretariat.

Registration cancellations and refunds
Until April 3, 2015
Requests for cancellations will be accepted in writing by the Secretariat until April 10, 2014 and will be subject to a 15% administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
After April 3, 2015
Registration fees are non-refundable. Guest cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
In the event of cancellation or non-attendance due to an emergency, submit your request in writing (along with supporting documentation) to the Secretariat. Requests will be reviewed and evaluated on a case by case basis.

Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Symposium Secretariat will accept liability for any damage and/or loss that may be incurred by a Symposium participant or his/her companion during the activities of the Symposium or the social activities connected with the Symposium. The participants take part in all tours and events connected with the Symposium at their own risk.
