APPLYING FOR A VISA
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to check and confirm current visa requirements to visit Canada. The Canadian Government requires a travel visa for citizens from certain countries:

Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Participants should also contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate application procedures and timing of their visa applications. You should check with your country's embassy on any travel related restrictions or advisories that may be in place.
If you require an official letter of invitation, please contact us at secr@incom2015.org as soon as possible. Please note that we are only able to provide you with an official letter of invitation if:
(a) we have received your conference registration and payment has been confirmed; or
(b) you have received confirmation from us that your paper/presentation has been accepted to the conference.
